Those of you with the Strombeek and Louie 2012 Calendar are already enjoying this image. The background photo was taken from just above the ruins of The Sutro Baths in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. The side-mirror inset was taken from an old Land Rover parked in front of my brother's house in Santa Cruz, CA. Both photos were from last winter.

And yes, I did reuse the mirror image from the new years greeting from last year. Note that Rovers have side mirrors way at the front of the vehicle, which is why the perspective is drastically different from that of a standard side mirror alongside each door.
