Here are the cats in California. In the mornings, before we get up, they go behind the curtains to look out the sliding glass windows. They do this after we get up too, when it's too hot to open the curtains. Strombeek saw a Great Blue Heron land in an oak tree from this vantage point. That was pretty exciting. At night, they listen to the coyotes, but the coyotes are pretty intense. When the coyotes sound, they don't want to look out.
I think it's clear here how much bigger Louie is than Strombeek. Taller, anyway, and longer. She still tries to be the girthiest.
