Waiting for the Raptor

According to this posting, coyotes have been coming down from the hills and snatching small dogs off leashes.

New Apartment

The cats were pretty freaked out about the lack of carpeting, so we got them a carpeted scratching perch. Then they were freaked out about the view. It blew their minds. Six floors up?! How is this even possible?

On Top

Louie likes to be on top.

He's like, Strombeek, you stay down there where you belong.

But then Arthur comes along to mix things up.

Strombeek is like, yes, the top perch is finally mine!

But then she goes back down for some reason (???).

Louie grabs hold of the top perch again...

And pulls himself back up. Strombeek doesn't like this.

Cat Tower (More of It)

The cats are still enjoying their new scratching post.

Although Strombeek gets a little pouty when Louie has the top nest.

Finally, she can't hold herself back from jumping up there, with all those squirrels clambering about.

Then she jumps down.
